than those who remain uninitiated.

You'll see that the author changed 

a few things and added 

his own biased "spin"!

Frustration:  

 

An emotion generated when no action you take gets you results that you want. 

 

Actions Frustration asks you to take:

 

1) Clarify Goal - ID your intended results

2) Own it - ID the current results obtained

3) Inventory Futilities - ID inneffective actions taken so far

4) Expand Options - ID different effective actions that must be taken that have not already been taken

5) Don't Forget the Offered Lesson! - Do what you did, get what you got

 

Your awareness of yourself and others is directly proportional to how connected you are to your perceived world. Stuff, invalidate or deny your emotions and you cut yourself off from what and how you and others perceive your worlds.
