FILED UNDER: Maps should always represent the Territory; they should never misrepresent the Territory!

Religions are Road Maps that takes great pains to Describe and Explain Territories that one is interested in:

1) learning about,
2) traveling through,
3) avoiding, and/or
4) living within.

Each Territory may or may not be Transcendent to what is accepted to be normal reality and usually includes non-ordinary reality.

Each Map may or may not include what to expect in situations, choices, decision, things and characters that are within a Territory.

Each often goes into inordinate redundant detail as to how to Be within its Territory and the results, outcomes and consequences for Being specific ways within it.

Maps usually have symbolic Characters and Legends that, once Properly Understood, help individuals reading these Maps to Better Navigate the Territories that they are intended to describe and explain.

Such Maps also have sections providing ample stern warnings that assist those individuals  Desiring to Travel within them as to how to Properly Prepare to do so and what to avoid during any part of the Journey.

How one uses any one map is entirely up to the individual(s) who are influenced by them.

If you are interested in Properly Preparing yourself to use any Map, it is the Work that the first Three Degrees points toward that is supposed to assist men in Reading and Using all Maps so that they may Travel, Work, Earn, Support and Contribute Masterfully.

If you want a breakdown, here it is:

1) First Degree Work Prepares the Heart.
2) Second Degree Work Prepares the Mind.
Collectively, these two Work efforts prepare the soul of the person wanting to explore these Maps.
3) Third Degree Work Prepares the Spirit.
It challenges the now prepared soul to explore these respective territories without confusing the Maps with the Territories.

When a soul is unprepared, it is likely that is will get caught up in confusing the two and miss the entire point of the Map.

When it is prepared, it will understand the point and use it effectively for spiritual explorations.

Lastly, when the soul distorts what truly is with what it only wishes to be so that the soul deliberately remains blind to the actual territory, no map will help in its guidance.

One must work on become honest if one is to truly progress.
