Random Building Thoughts - 2021-05-13

-------------- HUMOR --------------

It was only after I experienced my Third Degree,
which had a lovely Harmonized Funeral Dirge
and some amazing Foot Work,
when I realized right then and there
that I had just paid for a song and a dance.

-------------- COACH'S CHALLENGE --------------

Coach's Challenge: Explain how Signs and Symbols differ, how they are similar, and how one is distinguishes from the other. Give examples.

(BONUS: How does "Sacrament" fit into all this?)

-------------- CLOUDS! --------------

So Much is Overlooked in Masonry
  Because Its Light is Overshadowed
    By Overwhelming Freemasonic Clouds.

 -------------- CLIMB! --------------

Freemasonry contains Mountains of Truths
Whose Foundations are Masonry.
It is a Rare Brother
who Seeks its True Peaks
with far fewer ever Reaching them.
Should you want more,
get an Experienced Guide and Learn to Climb!
...and Seek the Peeks!

-------------- RHETORIC --------------

-------------- ASTRONOMY --------------

-------------- MYTH --------------

-------------- BLUEPRINTS --------------

Freemasonry is the Blueprint;
Masonry is Building.

-------------- KNOW THE DIFFERENCES --------------

Speculation and Operation go hand in hand.
One without the other brings forth Rubbish.

-------------- REQUIRED --------------

This book should be Required Reading for all newly Raised Freemasons, if for no other reason than to firmly Ground them in the true Reality and Practices of the Craft known as "Freemasonry".

For Further Light:

-------------- IMPROVE... --------------

"Do not think, ye Superiors! That one can lead men and educate them permanently, and still indulge in one’s own convenience. Men are reared by constant, sensible, and timely encouragement, by good example, and by persistent diligence. The flock thrives by the shepherd’s eye, and in the providence of good, watchful, and tireless men creates other good men in turn! Thus if you seek to harvest, first till and cultivate your field, and then wait until the time for harvest, your reward, is at hand. Do not weary of your labours, because by improving others you will improve yourselves!"
-- Brother Peter Taylor (May 13, 2015)
