Where's the Goat?
I keep on hearing jokes about goats from my Brothers.
I've looked high and low
and can't find any association with goats in ritual.
Where's the goat?
Coach: Are there not parts of goats displayed
right on top of two officers' staffs[1]?

in Dark Hours by their blatant disrespect of Authority,
especially should they obtain even the slightest
advantage or position of influence.
Consequentially, you shall know these Ruffians
by their calculating dismissal of Due Process,
rationalized disrespect for Legitimate Law
and selfishly indiscriminate application of Power."
