A
Master is Honest with himself and others about Proficiencies and treats
them accordingly. Currently, required Proficiencies do no more than
show that a Brother has an ability to remember something he was told to
say. They have nothing whatsoever to do with being Proficient in what he
is saying. They do not show Skill, Expertise, Experience,
Accomplishment, or Mastery in what he repeats back.
It
short, the word, "Proficient", is not currently used Proficiently in
addressing what is required to be Proficient in the Work Ritual Directs
men to do to become Proficient. Masters assure those participating in
modern day Proficiencies do not fool themselves to believe anything
more.
When you want to turn the tide, you have to be an acting agent.
