BLUNT COACHING MESSAGE TIME:
I've seen far too many Brother
who have not done the Work of the first Two Degrees
succumb to emotional and intellectual blackmail
of family, friends and congregation members
who knew these Brothers' weaknesses.
Had these Brothers been directed
by the Mature Souls of the Fraternity
to dedicate time to do
1) the Emotional Management Work
that they were directed to do
by the First Degree, or
2) the Logic and Rhetorical studies
required of them
by the Second Degree Staircase,
they would have easily and effortlessly been
fully capable and firmly willing
to deal swiftly and effectively
with the unbelievable social stresses
and pressures administered and employed
by these manipulating henchmen
masquerading as
well-meaning family, friends and congregants.
If you do not want to see your Brother fall prey
to this Soul Suckers and Spirit Killers,
do the Work yourselves
so that these Brothers shall SEE
what Mature Souls are capable of Being.
It is only when this generation leads by example
that future generations shall be led
by Cultivated men!

are NOT our Responsibilities at any level,

is to do our best
at whatever Good that our lives require of us.

are symptomatic of activities
that bring them about.
The moment you take focus off of
what brings these two about
is the moment you serve a dying cause.

Cults recruit;
Freemasons attract.
RETENTION:
Cults hold captive;
Freemasons are free to come and go
as they please.
We loose members and don't attract new members
because the focus of the fraternity
for far too many Brothers has turned ...
A) from Making Good Men Better
B) to pushing Brothers through the degrees
with nothing more offered than...
1) to Join in the Process of
,2) Joining an officer line or
3) Joining other "related" bodies.
When you want to get serious
about attracting and retaining members,
get serious about the things
that Attract and Retain them.
Regarding doing your Best,
how Responsible are You?
