Systems lacking valid accountability
will naturally breed blatant irresponsibility.

expense to those reluctantly responsible parties
held hostage within
them.

level of anger and eventual hostility
rendered by reluctantly
responsible parties

is directly proportional to the amount of toleration
and acceptance that system insists
upon from those artificially burdened
by that system.
When you support blatantly irresponsible systems,
you accept a degree of blame.
You also accept a degree of responsibility
for putting them right.
