our Brothers the Proper Incentives
to Better themselves,
their Tools Rust in the Box.
What incentives does you Lodge Provide its members?
For Further Light:
Whether he learns by himself
or within a group,
he still learns as an individual.
Because of this
factor,
it's most crucial to recognize, understand and implement
what is
required for individuals to learn.
This is important for the Coach,
Mentor, Tutor and Instructor
to know when each of them is before others
to teach.
It is also important to know
that it's ultimately the
individual
who is responsible for his learning
and no one else!
Freemasons can gather a lot of Value
from these insights,
when applied
Properly!
How do you learn?

It's the Responsibility of the Membership
existing within the Blue Lodge
to assure that all its Brothers Properly Prepare themselves,
Learn how to Raise themselves,
and Eventually do Raise themselves into Mastery.
When they accept these Responsibilities,
all else that is offered to them
or could possibly be offered to them
beyond the Blue Lodge Degrees
pales in significance.
Unfortunately,
far too many Lodge Members
do not accept this Responsibility
and hence the need for remedial education
continues to plague its membership.
Brothers who depend upon others
to provide them Light remain unraised,
even though they are entitled
as such and known otherwise.
A Raised Brother is his own Teacher,
he knows this all too well,
and he acts accordingly.
How does your Lodge
teach their Brothers?
