No Organization gets Better

 unless those who make it up get Better First!
Before you make any effort to Better
any Organization to which you belong,
first ask yourself what Work you have done
to Better yourself.
If you have nothing to show
for your own Betterment efforts,
then you are wasting your time
trying to Better your Organization.

of their Membership!

Improve yourself
