An Awesome Gift from My Brothers!
This
Thursday evening the Brothers of my home lodge gave me the Musician's
Apron that I have been wearing to play music at lodge meetings, degrees,
& installations for over a decade. It was retired due to a recent
purchase of new officer aprons for the lodge. When I asked what was to
become of it, and expressing a desire to continue to use it when I
played at other lodges who would invite me to play, but didn't
themselves have a Musician's Apron, my Brothers voted to have it donated
to me. I shall shall now no longer put it into lodge storage. I shall
keep it in my traveling instrument case for those times it will be used
in my travels to other lodges.
Thank you, my Brothers! I will wear it proudly!
