The Candidates are unbelievably restless. They have continually
complained to all the trainers, coaches, mentors and instructors that
many of their questions go unanswered,
are responded to with unfounded words and comments that have nothing to
do with the question they asked, and are told to just memorize what they
are told to memorize in hopes that things will begin to make sense
after a while. Your masonic education committee sees the growing unrest
as a problem that will affect retention that should be dealt with
effectively and swiftly. Your WM asks for volunteers to develop and
implement the following training courses:
1) A course of study on "How to understand what is actually being asked".
2) A course of study on "How to make sure that the questions being asked are addressed appropriately and thoroughly".
3) A course of study on "How to respond to the actual questions being
asked without being diverted down rabbit holes that have little to
nothing to do with the questions being asked".
Do you volunteer for this grand and important undertaking and if you do, what do you come up with? or do you ignore the problem altogether and continue to do what is obviously causing unrest?
